Congratulations to Karolina Tkocz who is celebrating her 2nd year at Industria.

We asked Karolina to share with us her experiences working at Industria...

I came to the UK two years ago looking for new opportunities after studying and working in a Bank in Poland.

After one, long month of looking for work that I felt would suit me I received a call from Andy McKenna at Industria asking to meet me for an interview.

In September 2014 I started my role as Branch Recruiter/ Resourcer and after a year I was promoted to Contract Manager.

At the moment I am working with clients based both in Leicester or Magna Park, Lutterworth. I really love being in contact with people and the fact that you never know what challenges you will deal with the next day! I love the team I am working with as well at the Leicester office, we are like one big family!

In my time at Industria I feel I have become more patient with people, able to work under stressful situations, much better organised and self-confident and the job has really helped to improve my English! :)

The role I hold now satisfies me a great deal, however  I would like to enlarge my skills by attending further training or courses, which hopefully I will have an opportunity to do here at Industria.
