Communication and interaction in the workplace are the key to our performance here at Industria. 

Team building exercises bring our people together by encouraging collaboration and teamwork.

After a lengthy, complex and demanding meeting on Tuesday 4th February Industria held a team building exercise at Escape Leicester where we were all locked in mysterious themed rooms with 60 minutes to get out!

Inside the room were various puzzles to solve as a team which unlocked different cupboards and more rooms throughout the game.

It certainly bought all our minds together to solve different scenarios and it was great to engage with colleagues we don’t usually work with internally. 

Working in the recruitment sector can be quite a pressurised role, this was pressure with a real difference which really helped us navigate and communicate in a different format to what we would in the offices or on-site.

We all took away a much better understanding of each other's strengths, weaknesses, and interests which will help us grow even more as a team.
