Industria Staff Insights are featuring Kyle Yeo – On-site contract manager for Industria in Stoke-On-Trent.
 

Kyle was selected to be featured by Shane Lundy, who was the focus of the last Staff Insights – Kyle recently joined us but is settling in well as part of the Industria team.
 
What did you do before you joined Industria?
“I was a recruitment resourcer at Pontoon Solutions for a large automotive contract.”
 
What drew you to the recruitment sector?
“It was more of a lucky accident really as I wanted a change of pace and got a job at Pontoon and I have enjoyed it ever since.”
 
How did you find out about working for Industria?
“I find out about it whilst job searching on the internet and I had also heard of them through word of mouth.”
 
Why in particular did you want to work for Industria?
“Industria has a really good reputation of looking after its staff and offer a lot of recognition. Also the fact they are ever expanding and spreading into new countries makes it exciting as to the possibilities that may be available to me. Plus I really wanted my current position!”
 
Where do you see yourself in the future with Industria? 
“I would like to make a great impression on my current client and create a great team and then possibly move to another branch, or maybe even abroad!”
