At Industria, we believe in creating a diverse and gender balanced workforce. We are committed to providing opportunities for everybody regardless of gender.
Hourly pay rates
We have a mean gender pay gap (average) of 4.7% and a median (middle) gender pay gap of 3.3%. This remains lower and improved on than 2024 national median average of 7.0%, but we are committed to further closing the gap.
Bonus payments
The difference in means bonus paid was Minus 36% and the difference in median bonus pay was Minus 29%. In simple terms our female staff earned more bonus on average and more women earned bonus.

As an employment business, we supply workers to different clients with varying roles, pay rates and requirements. In each role, staff are paid the same rate of pay regardless of gender.
We know that our gender pay gap is not a pay issue, but down to a lack of female representation in certain roles. These roles include forklift truck drivers, construction, engineering and HGV drivers; we have five times more men than women who take up these roles for example.
