Our highly skilled compliance team work closely with Stronger Together in order to protect candidates and employees from modern slavery. 

We believe everyone should be paid properly and receive correct payment for their hard work.

With this in mind, we have our own dedicated payroll department. 

Industria uses a payroll system that is 100% compliant with the HMRC regulations.  All of our staff are paid as PAYE.  All payroll information is sent to the tax office weekly by the RTI line (Real time information).

We do not utilise any umbrella or third-party salary schemes.

Industria are audited members of the REC – Out of 40,000 agencies registered in the UK we are one of only 24 who have been accredited with their Gold Standard status.

We are also members of the Association of labour providers (ALP) and Recruitment employment confederation (REC).  We are audited by the REC annually .
