The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in the installation of Quartz and Granite worktops or kitchen/shop fitting. The ability to read and interpret technical drawings, coupled with strong problem-solving skills, will set you apart.
Key Responsibilities:
– Accurately measure and cut worktops to fit specific dimensions
– Install worktops with precision, ensuring a seamless finish
– Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
– Maintain a clean and organised workspace
– Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Essential Skills and Experience:
– No qualifications required however experience in installing Quartz and Granite worktops is highly desired but not essential as they will provide training from day one
– Strong technical skills and the ability to use relevant tools and equipment
– Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
– Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
– A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong work ethic
You will need to hold a full clean driving licence and over the age of 25 for insurance purposes. Holding a valid CSCS card is ideal but not essential.
This permanent role offers the stability of a Monday to Friday schedule hours between mainly between 6am-6pm (Flexibility on these hours when required, depending on location on the job in around East Midlands area)
