About the Role
We’re looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join a busy and fast-moving warehouse team in Rugby. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment where teamwork and efficiency are key.
As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll play an important role in keeping operations running smoothly, helping ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Picking and packing orders with accuracy and care
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- despatching components as well as inventory control duties
- Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organised
- Supporting stock control and inventory checks
- Following all health and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse experience ideally 6 months, however full training will be provided
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with physical work and manual handling
- A positive, can-do attitude
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30
Friday: 08:00 – 13:00
