Key job responsibilities:

  • Managing and updating stock records and inventory systems
  • Processing goods in/out (receiving deliveries & dispatching orders)
  • Handling emails, calls, and communication with suppliers & customers
  • Data entry and keeping accurate warehouse records
  • Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages
  • KPI reporting and performance tracking

Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

• Experience in warehouse operations
• Strong system/process knowledge
• Reliable & flexible
• Team player with good communication skills
•At least 6 months experience with similar role
•Training provided from day 1
•Own transport.
🕒 Shift (initially):
Monday – Friday (AM shift)
🔄 From August (when operation goes live):
Sunday – Thursday
Flexibility required to work PM shifts when needed.
