Team Leader REQUIRED
We are currently looking for PM shift Team Leader for our client based in Ryton-On-Dunsmore, Coventry, CV8.
Our client offers and manage end-to-end supply chain solutions.
Duties:
Responsible for overseeing team performance, ensuring productivity, and maintaining quality standards. Duties include coaching team members, managing workflow, meeting operational goals, resolving issues, and fostering a positive work environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills required.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Supervise and support a team of associates, promoting collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Provide clear direction, set expectations, and inspire your team to achieve daily, weekly, and long-term goals.
- Act as a role model by demonstrating leadership principles and core values.
Operational Excellence:
- Monitor workflow and ensure that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Identify and address potential bottlenecks or challenges, implementing solutions to maintain productivity and quality.
- Analyse data and metrics to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Coaching and Development:
- Provide regular feedback, guidance, and support to help team members grow and succeed in their roles.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify opportunities for training and skill development.
- Foster an inclusive and engaging work environment where associates feel valued and motivated.
Customer Focus:
- Ensure that customer satisfaction remains a top priority by maintaining high standards for accuracy, speed, and service quality.
- Address and resolve customer-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
Safety and Compliance:
- Promote and enforce a culture of safety, ensuring that all team members adhere to Amazon’s safety guidelines and policies.
- Stay up-to-date with company procedures and industry regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.
No other qualifications required.
Full training will be provided by the client on site. This will include system knowledge and MHE equipment.
Hours:
14:00-22:00 Monday to Friday
Pay:
£14.54 per hour / £28,353 per annum
