We’re on the hunt for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant / On-site Coordinator to join our Coventry team. If you’re passionate about recruitment, love working in a fast-paced environment, and excel at building strong relationships, this is your chance to take your career to the next level.
Your Role:

Manage the full recruitment cycle – from business development to candidate placement

Grow and maintain your own client accounts
-
Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the perfect fit

Write and post engaging job adverts
-
Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
-
Work to meet KPIs and revenue targets
Qualifications and Certifications
REC or CIPD qualification is a bonus – but not essential. No other qualifications required
Experience
What We’re Looking For:
-
Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant – ideally in the Driving or Industrial sector

Strong account management and relationship-building skills
-
Confident communicator with a results-driven mindset
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Hours
-
Monday to Friday: 8:00–17:00 or 6:00–15:00

Early finish on Fridays!
