Industria Personnel Services LTD is recruiting for the world’s leading logistics provider who works together to deliver for their customers across retail industry.
We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Reach Truck drivers to join our client in their brand new Lutterworth site. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who would like to gain permanent position and are looking to build a career within a fast-paced and dynamic warehouse environment.
Key responsibilities & duties:
- Safely operate FLT equipment (Reach Truck) in line with strict on-site health and safety procedures
- Carry out daily pre-use safety checks on all equipment
- Move palletised goods to designated locations within the warehouse
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping to ensure a clean and organised working environment
- Work in a physically demanding role due to the nature of the warehouse environment
Qualifications and Certifications
- Hold a valid Reach Licence (example: AITT or RTITB)
- Possess basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Exhibit strong communication skills
Experience
- Minimum 6 months experience required within a similar role
Working Hours
- 6am – 6pm / 6pm – 6am rotating (Days and Nights) 4 on 4 off.
Salary:
- Day Shift Monday – Friday: £15.58 p/h
- Day Shift Weekend: £16.47 p/h
- Night Shift Monday – Friday: £17.01 p/h
- Night Shift Weekend: £17.92 p/h
