We are currently looking for Night shift Team Leader for our client based in Middlemarch Business Park, Coventry, CV3.
Our client offers and manage end-to-end supply chain solutions.
As a Night Shift Team Leader, your responsibilities may include:
Supervising and supporting a team of operatives during the night shift
Ensuring targets and deadlines are met safely and efficiently
Coordinating workflow and delegating tasks
Monitoring quality standards and reporting issues
Communicating with management and other departments
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Training new team members if required
Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.
No other qualifications required.
Full training will be provided by the client on site.
Hours:
22:00 – 06:00 Sunday till Thursday
Pay:
£15.52 per hour / £32 281per annum
