Job Description:
Industria Personnel Services LTD is recruiting for the world’s leading logistics provider who works together to deliver for their customers across retail industry.
We are currently seeking motivated and reliable ICQA Operatives to join our client in their brand new Lutterworth site. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who would like to gain permanent position and are looking to build a career within a fast-paced and dynamic warehouse environment.
Key responsibilities & duties:
- Support the Inbound team with resolving receiving issues
- Raise support tickets on the Customer control tower systems
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy of stock records
- Verify product locations within the warehouse to maintain organisation
- Identify and report discrepancies in inventory promptly
- Report found defects so proactive measures can be implemented
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to implement corrective actions for errors
- Maintain detailed records of all inventory checks and findings
- Assist in updating and maintaining inventory control systems
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency
- Support with implementation of changes and testing systems
- Work within strict on-site health and safety procedures
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping to ensure a clean and organised working environment
- Work in a physically demanding warehouse environment, including walking, standing, and lifting
Qualifications and Certifications
- No formal qualifications required – Full training provided
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems preferred
- Possess basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Exhibit strong communication skills
Experience
- Minimum 6 months experience within a warehousing or inventory control environment preferred
Working Hours
- 6am – 6pm / 6pm – 6am rotating (Days and Nights) 4 on 4 off.
Salary:
- Day Shift Monday – Friday: £15.58 p/h
- Day Shift Weekend: £16.47 p/h
- Night Shift Monday – Friday: £17.01 p/h
- Night Shift Weekend: £17.92 p/h
