Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Assist in the planning & forecast staff requirements including rota management and annual leave planning.
• Leading and managing a team, providing guidance and support to achieve set targets.
• Manage absence and lateness by company procedure  
• Implementing and maintaining health and safety within the warehouse and loading areas to comply with H&S safety regulations.
• Monitoring performance and conducting regular evaluations to foster continuous improvement.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven team leading experience (min 2 years) 
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

No qualifications required for this role, training on company policies and procedures will be given.
