Industria Personnel are looking for highly motivated to Qualified Upholsterer complement our client’s friendly vibrant team in North Kirkby.

Key Responsibilities & Duties :
Upholstery of all soft seating products to the required quality standards
Maintaining a high level of craftsmanship on a wide range of modern upholstery techniques
Produce all soft seating products in line with agreed company production targets
Ensure good housekeeping is maintained at all times especially around work stations
Provide guidance and support for unskilled operators in other areas using staple guns and hand tools
Able to contribute to the Comply with health, safety and environmental requirements, relevant statutory regulations and industry standards/codes of practice at all times
Qualifications, Experience & Skills :
High degree of upholstery skills with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
Experience in all upholstery skills & techniques
On job training given
A strong upholstering background with a keen eye to detail and accuracy in all work to ensure production times and quality control standards are met
Previous experience of air powered staple guns and hand tools is necessary
Experience in measuring and cutting skills
Experience of working to a production plan
Experience / knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
Must have good hand-eye coordination

Hours of work – Monday – Friday 8am – 4 pm – 40 hours a week
Pay Variation Depending on Experience - £11.99 - £13.29 per hour
