Are you an experienced Customer Service Team Leader looking for a new challenge in north-west Leicestershire?
As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that all sales orders are processed efficiently and accurately. You will also be responsible for providing leadership and support to your team, as well as monitoring and improving customer service processes.
To be successful in this role you will require:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in managing a customer service team within a sales order processing function.
You should also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of customer service best practices.
No Qualifications are required for this role just your experience in managing and full company training will be provided.
