Our client provides comprehensive logistics services including supply chain and technology services to support a wide range of organisations across UK&I and Europe. Our client has 3 divisions:

Same Day Courier-One of the largest same day courier fleets in the UK, providing ad-hoc and contract distribution services across Europe.

Field Engineering -Providing technology support resource to major global brands across many business sectors.

Spare Parts Logistics - Providing end to end supply chain solutions for many of the worlds’ leading technology vendors and support organisations.

Customer Service Coordinator

Job Description:   

Working in a forward thinking environment, in an area looking to grow as a business, to provide excellent customer service delivering IT services across a broad spectrum of areas within the IT service industry. Meeting, and exceeding any, contractual service level agreements.

Whilst being aligned to a customer account, you will need to work as part a positive, enthusiastic and proactive team unit a week

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Liaising with customers and building relationships with them whilst dealing queries via e-mail and phone calls

  • Completing hourly downloads and uploads of data onto the system

  • Completing chase and update returns reports

  • Raising the electronic picking of parts through in house software

  • Chasing and sending completed paperwork to customers for the end users record keeping

  • Call logging and closures, including the categorisation for any possible failures using the in house Trace and “3co” software

  • Monitoring call progress and ensuring as many SLAs are met as possible

  • Proactively voicing any concerns or work improvements to work quality and efficiency

  • Assisting colleagues as and when required

Location – Brackmills, Northampton.

Hours Between 07.00-19.00, 40 hours/week Monday – Sunday, working 1 in every 5 weekends

The Successful Applicant will have the following:

  • Reliable and flexible
