Today marks a significant milestone for us at Industria – our 23rd anniversary! 

From humble beginnings to becoming a leader in our industry, our journey has been defined by innovation, resilience, and a steadfast commitment to excellence. Over the years, we have grown from a single branch to a thriving presence across the UK, Poland, and Germany. While our expansion has been remarkable, one thing has remained constant – our passion for people.

As the Operations Director, I’m incredibly proud to reflect on the foundation we’ve built. This anniversary is more than just a marker of time; it is a testament to the dedication and hard work of every team member who has played a role in our success.  Through challenges and triumphs, we have remained committed to delivering value to our clients, candidates, and stakeholders.

It has been a genuine honour to have been part of Industria’s journey for 18 of its 23 years. Working alongside Michael Walker has been both a privilege and an education in what true leadership looks like.
