We’re recruiting Warehouse Pickers to join a growing operation as part of an exciting new partnership. This is a temporary, full-time opportunity with the possibility of a permanent position after a successful 12-week probationary period, based on attendance, KPI performance and overall suitability for the role.

Job Description:
As a Warehouse Picker, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are picked accurately, prepared correctly and dispatched on time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Picking customer orders using RF scanners.
- Locating, scanning and checking stock.
- Checking product codes and quantities.
- Preparing goods for dispatch.
- Maintaining accuracy and productivity targets.
- Reporting discrepancies or damaged goods.
- Following all health & safety procedures.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
- Working effectively as part of a team.
Qualifications and Certifications
- Good attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet.
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.
- Full training will be provided.
Experience
Previous warehouse, picking, packing or dispatch experience is desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from reliable and hardworking candidates who are willing to learn.
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 10:00am – 6:30pm
- Friday: 10:00am – 5:30pm
- Overtime available depending on business requirements.
- Enhanced rates available for eligible unsociable hours.
Benefits
- £12.71 per hour
- Up to £15.89 per hour for eligible unsociable hours.
- Enhanced overtime rates.
- Uncapped monthly bonus of up to £170, based on individual KPI performance and attendance.
