Location: LE19 – Leicester
We’re recruiting Warehouse Operatives / Warehouse Associates to join a busy distribution centre in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for regular Monday–Friday work with excellent overtime earning potential.
Please note: The operation is expected to relocate to a brand-new facility in early 2027. Due to the future location and shift times, candidates must have a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
Job Type

Job Description:
As a Warehouse Operative, you will support the smooth running of the distribution centre, ensuring goods are accurately processed and dispatched on time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Picking and packing orders accurately.
- Preparing goods for despatch.
- Loading and unloading deliveries.
- Sorting and organising stock.
- Scanning and checking products.
- Moving stock safely around the warehouse.
- Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Following all health & safety procedures.
- Working as part of a team to meet daily operational targets.
- Carrying out general distribution centre duties as required.
Qualifications and Certifications
- Good attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet.
- Ability to follow instructions and health & safety procedures.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle – essential due to the planned relocation in early 2027.
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.
- Full training will be provided.
Experience
Previous warehouse, picking, packing or dispatch experience is desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from reliable and hardworking candidates who are willing to learn.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday:
- 06:00 – 14:00
- 14:00 – 22:00
Rotating shift pattern.
Paid breaks included.
Overtime is available depending on business requirements.

- 150% overtime rate (over 40 hours a week)
