Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and hard-working Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established automotive warehouse. This role is essential to ensuring that engine parts are handled with care and meet high quality standards before dispatch. You will be responsible for cleaning pallets used in transporting car engine components and carrying out visual and physical inspections to ensure parts meet required specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain pallets used for transporting engine car parts
- Perform visual and manual inspections of automotive components to detect defects or damage
- Ensure all parts meet quality standards before moving them to the next stage of processing
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Follow warehouse procedures and company policies at all times
- Accurately complete necessary documentation and inspection reports
Qualifications and Certifications
No qualifications required
Experience
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
- Good attention to detail and ability to spot quality issues
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties
- Flexible approach to working hours and tasks
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm (30 mins unpaid break), 37.5 hours a week
