Are you a meticulous organiser with a knack for managing resources efficiently? A distinguished company in Broughton Astley is seeking Service Desk Advisors for a temporary assignment. This role offers a unique chance to showcase your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a Service Desk Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for the field team & end-customers, providing timely and effective support. Your main responsibilities will include assisting, dispatching and monitoring field operatives. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Allocate jobs to available field operatives with consideration & location.
  • Act as primary point of contact for field & end-customers providing outstanding customer service and support to both.
  • Call end-customer site to be arrange and confirm scheduled visits.
  • Liaise and communication job details clear & with accuracy to field operatives.
  • Respond to requests from both field operatives end-customers ensure schedules and details are updated accordingly.
  • Monitor the progress of ongoing jobs & update relevant systems when required.
  • Preform administrative tasks as assigned to support field operations team.

Whilst no qualifications are required for this role candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

  • Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Ideally have experience within a scheduling / field management role is highly desired.
  • Exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communications skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Reliable and punctual.

Offering an hourly rate of £14.00 working Monday-Friday schedule hours between 9:00-17:00 Flexible schedule, can include occasional weekends to support business needs.
