Production Operative – PM Shift
Location: Hinckley
Pay Rate: £14.20 per hour
Shift: PM Shift – 4:00pm to 12:00am

About the Role:
We’re currently seeking reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join our client’s busy manufacturing team in Hinckley. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established company that takes pride in quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
As a Production Operative, you’ll be working on the PM shift (4pm–midnight), supporting the production line to ensure that all products are manufactured to the highest standards and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
- Carry out assembly work according to production specifications
- Monitor machines and report any faults or defects to supervisors
- Perform quality checks on finished products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all health & safety procedures and site policies
- Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment preferred
- Good attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance
