Hours: Monday to Friday, 15:30 – 00:00
Pay Rate: £12.87 per hour
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Planning Administrator to support our operations team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth coordination of inbound and outbound logistics while maintaining high administrative standards. The successful candidate will be highly organized, professional, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate all inbound trailers to ensure timely and efficient processing.

Manage and maintain Damages and On-Hold stock, including reboxing where required.

Respond to incoming calls and emails from internal and external customers

Complete daily and weekly reports accurately and distribute them within required timeframes.

Prepare and process all necessary paperwork for outbound loads as required.

Liaise daily with operations and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

Maintain weekly production files in collaboration with the operations team.

Support the wider team with additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Certifications
No qualifications required.
Experience

Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, with a strong track record of consistently meeting deadlines.

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, spreadsheets, formulas, reporting, and basic data analysis).

Experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently using initiative, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced office setting.
