Job Description:
Location – CATERPILLAR, Desford.
Industria Personnel Services LTD are looking for reliable, experienced Counterbalance / Reach Drivers to work with one of our clients based in Desford.
This role is an immediate start. This position is temporary to permanent.
- Operate counterbalance or Reach forklift trucks, with the role mainly focused on driving but including some duties away from the vehicle when required.
- Move materials safely and efficiently around the site to designated work areas.
- Carry out general warehouse tasks, including manual handling activities.
- Use handheld scanning devices to locate, identify, and record stock.
- Perform routine pre-use safety inspections on forklift trucks.
Pay Rate: £13.83 – AM Shift
Pay Rate: £16.59 – PM Shift
Pay Rate: £17.56 – NIGHT Shift
Qualifications and Certifications
The successful Forklift Driver will be required to have following –
- Valid certificate Counterbalance license or Reach Truck license. ( At least 6 months experience )
Experience
- 1 years’ Experience within a warehouse
- Good verbal and over the phone communication
Working Hours
Shifts: Monday – Friday ( Early finish on Friday )
Shift 1 – 6am – 3pm ( AM )
Shift 2 – 6:30am – 3:15pm ( AM )
Shift 4 – 4:30pm – 02:30am ( PM )
Shift 5 – 9:30pm – 6:30am ( NIGHTS )
