FLT Trainee
Location: Lutterworth
Job Type: Temporary
Working Pattern: 4 on- 4 off 6:00-18:00 and 18:00-6:00 (rotating)
Hourly Rate: Day Shift (Mon-Fri) £15.58/hr, Day Shift (Weekend)£16.47/hr, Night Shift (Mon-Fri)£17.01/hr, Night Shift (Weekend)£17.92/h
About the Role
We are looking for Warehouse Operatives who are keen to progress their careers and develop new skills through FLT/MHE training.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to train on a range of equipment, including:
HLOP, Reach Truck, LLOP, PPT.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate FLT equipment in line with strict on-site health and safety procedures
- Carry out daily pre-use safety checks on all equipment
- Move palletised goods to designated locations within the warehouse
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping to ensure a clean and organised working environment
- Work in a physically demanding role due to the nature of the warehouse environment
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience
- Possess basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Exhibit strong communication skills
- Full training provided
- No qualifications needed
