Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Full 360 recruitment cycle – from client development to candidate placement
- Managing and growing your own client base
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Creating job adverts and marketing vacancies effectively
- Building strong, long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates
- Meeting KPIs and revenue targets
Qualifications and Certifications
No qualification required. REC or CIPD qualification would be advantageous.
Experience
- Proven experience as a 360 recruitment consultant (Driving or Industrial sector preferred)
- Strong business development and account management skills
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for recruitment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Hours
Monday to Friday- 8.30-17.00, early finish on Fridays!
