Fantastic Opportunity - Our client based in Basingstoke who are an Aerospace Logistics Company are looking for a reliable Logistics Admin Assistant to join their friendly team on a temporary part time Basis.
Role includes:
Part of the operations team who provide administrative support to Honeywell Aerospace.
You will be responsible for shipping customers repair orders using the SAP system.
Booking in inbound customer units for repair.
Working closely with the customer the team is an integral part of the operation.
Resolving and escalating customer process holds.
Dealing with customer queries in a timely and accurate manner.
Following standard operating procedures to provide a high-quality service.
Comply with all company policies, including health and safety.
The Person.
Minimum of 6 months experience/Knowledge of SAP
PC Literate-Good outlook and excel skills.
Strong communicative and written English Skills.
Knowledge of export compliance an advantage but not essential.
Customer service excellence.
Training will be provided.
No qualifications needed for this role.
Drug & Alcohol tested.
