As our business is expanding further, we are seeking a professional, driven, experienced business development manager with the ability to confidently deliver client presentations.
Role & Responsibilities
To provide a full bid management service, delivering end-to-end creation of tender documentation.
To be the central point of contact for all RFI and RFP requests.
Working with the board of directors to qualify any bid prior to submission.
Research into client backgrounds, market sector, opportunity, geographical locations, and partnership fit.
Ensuring that bids and tenders are delivered on time and to their full potential.
Developing winning strategies to outscore the competition.
Structuring, drafting and refining bid responses that align to the buyer's specification and evaluation criteria.
Reviewing the bid from the buyer's perspective and recommend improvements to achieve optimal success.
Using templates and branded documentation to ensure brand consistency

Based at our head office in Leicester Centre working hours 9am-5pm Monday - Friday
