Due to our rapid growth, our Client are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join their Lutterworth based warehouse HR Team. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Manager/ Advisor to coordinate and implement the people strategy.
Your focus will be to proactively administer the full range of HR processes across an employee's life cycle. There will be the opportunity to be involved in improvement projects including such things as employee engagement, policy development / deployment and maximising the effectiveness of our recently implemented HR system, Workday.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, collaborative and a results-orientated person who is particularly adept at balancing multiple priorities and achieving strict deadlines. This role requires someone to be dedicated to developing a strong, diverse, and collaborative organization, have a strong work ethic, a passion for managing the details within a growing business and willing to contribute where necessary.
What You'll Do
Maintain and utilize the HRIS management system, Workday
Oversee and administer transactional HR processes
Co-ordinate employee benefit requests (pension, health / dental insurance etc.)
Assist in generating / maintaining payroll data when required including responding to employee queries
Generate HR management data (employee turnover, absenteeism rates, safety statistics etc.) suggesting improvement opportunities as appropriate
Support employee engagement activities including surveys, action planning groups and social activities
Arrange internal / external training events
Assist with new hire on-boarding and orientation
Maintain and improve the virtual HR "Knowledge Database" to provide employees with informative and accurate articles
Provide administrative assistance to operational managers on people related
Collaborate with the wider EU HR Team to understand and cascade best practice processes
Perform various other duties as assigned
What You'll Need
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Products, Internet navigation, HRIS systems
Proven ability to multi-task
Able to create, analyse, report and manipulate data as it relates to HR metrics
Proven ability to effectively and respectfully work with individuals at varying levels within an organization
