Junior Office Administrator
General Office Administrator required for the sales and admin office team in Hinckley.
The ideal candidate must be highly flexible, professional and willing to learn with a fantastic 'can do' attitude. You will be providing Admin support to the Accounts and Sales departments. Would suit school leaver.
Immediate start available to the right candidate.
Responsibilities and Duties
Reception duties - main point of contact for customers
Working extensively with email, Microsoft Excel and Office packages
Data entry, checking and maintenance of spread sheets
Data entry on in-house SAP system
Providing support for Accounts department
General administration work - checking documents, filing, postal duties, ensuring fax machines / printers are stocked with paper at all times, responsible for stocking of drinks machine, check if stationery needs to be ordered.
Hours Full-time – 37.5 hours a week
Pay £8.50 per hour
The Successful Applicant will be /have:
Competent with e-mail, Microsoft Excel features, and Office packages
Good telephone manner required as will be first point of contact within company
Important to work well within a team and also under own initiative
Knowledge of SAP welcomed. Training will be provided
Accuracy and efficiency
Needs to be organised and able to prioritise tasks
Good standard of education including 5 GSCEs/ O Levels at Grade C or above (to include English and Mathematics)
